Niki Manou-Andreadi was born in Thessaloniki. She graduated from both the School of Civil Engineering and the School of Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). She holds a PhD from the Faculty of Engineering of AUTH and is a former Assistant Professor in the Department of Architectural Design and Technology at the School of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, AUTH.

Her academic and scientific work includes the publication of research papers in scholarly journals and conference proceedings, the organization of seminars and other academic events, and participation in various research programs.

Her professional work, both individual and collaborative, encompasses a significant number of private sector projects (including hotels, residences, shopping centers, retail stores, etc.) as well as public works. She has also taken part in numerous architectural competitions. Her portfolio features the restoration of listed buildings, public assembly facilities, and urban design projects such as parks, squares, and marinas.

Specializing in hotel architecture, she undertakes projects from conceptual design through to final delivery, including architectural planning, interior and exterior decoration, and furnishing. Bioclimatic architecture and energy efficiency are fundamental priorities in the execution of her work.

She is a member of the UNESCO Center for Women and Peace in the Balkans, the Hellenic Society for Aesthetics (Micheli Foundation), the Hellenic National Commission for UNESCO, a full member of the Society for Macedonian Studies and the Friends of Music Society of Thessaloniki. From 2010 to 2014, she served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Science Center and Technology Museum “NOESIS”.
