Dimitrios Karolidis is the head of the department of Conservation and Archaeometry.
He has been engaged in the Greek museum and heritage sector for the last twenty five years. Starting with conservation science as a foundation skill, he studied arts and crafts and, human resource management in the United States and in Europe refining his profession through a multiple perspective approach.
His interest in heritage protection lead him to collections management and the art of making public what is hidden; setting up exhibitions is what stimulates him.
