A total of 296 artefacts, spanning from the Palaeolithic era to modern times, 30 caves, rock shelters, and chasms of archaeological interest from Northern Greece, and two museum halls transformed into a labyrinthine cave, compose the new temporary exhibition of the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki, In the Cave: Stories from Darkness Brought to Light.
The guided tour will be conducted by an archaeologist from the Ephorate of Palaeoanthropology and Speleology and is available with a valid museum admission ticket.
