Anaïs Gaudemard

This recital pays tribute to performers who have played a significant role in shaping the harp's repertoire. Many of them, like Albert Zabel, were harpists themselves, leaving a lasting legacy through their remarkable skill. The recital begins with selections from Leopold Mozart's notebook, written for his daughter Maria Anna ("Nannerl"), and continues with pieces dedicated to harpist Dorette Scheidler by Louis Spohr. Anaïs Gaudemard will perform David Coleman's Nachtstück, composed specifically for her, as well as a contemporary work by Philippe Hersant. The evening concludes with a surprise violin and harp duet featuring Anaïs Gaudemard and Simos Papanas.
